RT Edgar rural and lifestyle real estate specialist Peter Lindeman understands the rural property market, after growing up on a farm before going on to simultaneously manage five rural properties across Victoria before deciding on a new career in rural real rstate.<\/h3>\n

This experience has given him an in-depth insight in the region\u2019s popular rural lifestyle property market, which has seen him sell a myriad of rural land holdings, ranging from large farming enterprises, to smaller rural and lifestyle properties.<\/p>\n

His most recent success is the sale of 590 Charlemont Road, Connewarre, which is a 110 acre rural holding that offers a blank canvas for the new owners to create their own rural lifestyle dream property.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe achieved a great result for the vendor in uncertain times,\u201d Mr Lindeman said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis sale will help underpin values of similar properties and shows that the market for this type of property is still strong, despite the depressed environment we are now operating in.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had interest from several other buyers who missed out on this particular property and are still looking for a rural holding.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is still a strong buyer base out there looking for lifestyle properties close to the coast and Geelong.\u201d<\/p>\n

The sales price is undisclosed, however this property went to market with a $1.89 million to $1.98 million price tag and is believed to have sold within this range.<\/p>\n
