The team from Hotondo Homes in Ocean Grove have every reason to celebrate after being named the Professional Builder of the Year in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.<\/p>\n

Local builders Aaron and Sarah Anstis couldn\u2019t be prouder of the achievement after being named finalists for the award for the past five years.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe quality of builders in the Hotondo Homes network is really high, it\u2019s such a privilege to be recognised for our work,\u201d Aaron said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve come very close every year since 2015 and the past year has been very challenging, which makes this win even more special!\u201d<\/p>\n

The accolade recognises the builder who has demonstrated excellence within their business, based on their customer experience rating, turnover, market share, growth and profitability.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur business like so many others in our region had to adapt to COVID-19, but we actually consider ourselves lucky that we were able to continue to operating during this time,\u201d Aaron said.<\/p>\n

He attributed the ongoing success of the business to the excellent relationships they have with their team, clients, suppliers and trades.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe couldn\u2019t have done this without our team, they play such a huge role in our success, we just wouldn\u2019t be where we are if it wasn\u2019t for them.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a year of continued success for the team after Hotondo Homes was recently named Australia\u2019s #1 home builder in customer excellence.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe strive to provide an exceptional customer service experience to every client, and to receive recognition for this means we are definitely on the right track,\u201d Aaron said.<\/p>\n
