\u201cI can\u2019t disclose the final sale price but we were quoting $4.2m to $4.5m.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis property was quite unique in that it was a very usable six acres with room for people to have a horse, some sort of livestock or room to ride a motorbike.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe home itself had been renovated 18 months ago and it just created a lot of interest.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tim said Breawood was purchased by a couple from Byron Bay with two children aged eight and six, with the stunning property perfectly suiting their needs.<\/p>\n
The second property at 95 Bones Road in Bells Beach featured two homes in an idyllic setting among the iron bark trees on four-and-a-half acres.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis one was owned by a French gentleman and his partner which was beautifully styled, really rustic and eclectic, and had the addition of a studio which was permitted,\u201d Tim said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe had 40 people through and our estimated price range there was $2.75m to $2.85m and it sold significantly over that for an undisclosed price.\u201d<\/p>\n
