Founder and managing director Christian Bartley said it had been a long-held goal to create a custom designed site since starting the agency in 2011 and the team was thrilled with the result.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s been a goal for us to do for some time as we love the freedom of not being tied to a franchise and abiding by rules,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe wanted to make a website which really showcases who we are, our personality and offer the browser a feel of what and who we are.\u201d<\/p>\n
Christian said every aspect of the website had been carefully designed by the team, including colour choices, the size of a circle or word, the location of a graphic, what graphic, how it functions, the font size and style and positioning.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was tiring but when I could see light at the end of tunnel it got very exciting to see it all come to life,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Christian said the website included functions that are new to the industry which was exciting and the new-look site had been extremely well received by those who had already visited.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have invested in some beautiful photography taken across the Bellarine Peninsula to improve the look and feel from an ordinary website,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe take huge pride in everything we do and everyone loves a good photo, especially if it\u2019s of the area you live or wish to live.\u201d<\/p>\n
Christian said a handy feature of the new site was the ability for those looking to sell to book an appraisal online at any time of the day or night that was convenient to them.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe all live in a world where everyone expects everything now, immediately,\u201d<\/p>\n
he said. \u201cWe have adapted to this requirement on our website, allowing clients to do what they can do these days with booking a hair appointment or physio appointment online.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have allowed our market place the ability to book an appraisal online at any time of day.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis feature alone will remove the hassle from back and forth phone calls between the appropriate people to just book one appointment.\u201d<\/p>\n
The website features sections for buyers, sellers, investors and developers, as well as access to a free digital property report and a user-friendly layout which provides key statistics and facts in an easy-to-read format.<\/p>\n
The insights section also features videos depicting aspects of Bellarine life, township profiles, a news section and Christian\u2019s own informative blog.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was critical to us the site is easy to navigate, it remains consistent throughout and allows the browser to find what they\u2019re looking for easily,\u201d Christian said.<\/p>\n
Christian said while it was fantastic to be a market leader for this new style of website, he expected other agencies would be following suit in creating more personalised and dynamic websites that reflected the community in which they live and work.<\/p>\n
\u201cFeedback to date has been phenomenal, not just locally, but well-known sources in the industry across Australia,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
