Over the coming weeks the community will see an update in the branding approach of this innovative and respected agency, with a shift from \u2018Richardson Real Estate\u2019 to \u2018HF Richardson Property\u2019.<\/p>\n
This refresh will accommodate for the sale of the Colac real estate business and better encompass the real estate services that the Newtown-based team provides across the Greater Geelong, Surf Coast, Bellarine and Golden Plains regions.<\/p>\n
These services include residential property, rural lifestyle and larger acreage farms.<\/p>\n
This shift in branding approach also pays respect to the Hon. Horace Frank (HF) Richardson who was the founder of the long-standing family business in 1886 when it was located in The Exchange building in the Geelong CBD.<\/p>\n
The business is still actively managed and owned by local identity Will Richardson, (a fourth generation family member), who succeeded his father John Richardson in 2000, with 2019 being an important year in the firm\u2019s history with Matt Poustie, Will\u2019s nephew, joining the family business as the real estate sales manager \u2013 making it now five generations strong.<\/p>\n
In 2020 Will\u2019s son Charlie Richardson joined the team to manage its social media marketing as the real estate sector places more focus on digital engagement, videos and cross-platform promotion.<\/p>\n
The livestock section of the business also continues to grow with the expansion of services to the Camperdown and Warrnambool regions, to further complement their cattle and sheep services across all the major local livestock selling centres.<\/p>\n
