{"id":42588,"date":"2021-11-04T04:00:02","date_gmt":"2021-11-03T17:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/?p=42588"},"modified":"2021-11-05T16:37:31","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T05:37:31","slug":"nitro-circus-makes-welcome-return-to-geelong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/news\/nitro-circus-makes-welcome-return-to-geelong\/","title":{"rendered":"Nitro Circus makes welcome return to Geelong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The adrenaline-packed and hugely popular Nitro Circus show is set to make a welcome return to Geelong in March next year.<\/p>\n<p>It has been three years since the thrill-seeking crew last wowed audience members at GMHBA Stadium with their jaw-dropping stunts and outrageous sense of fun.<\/p>\n<p>An all-new show theme will be debuted on Friday, March 4, to kick off Nitro&#8217;s outdoor stadium tour across Australia and New Zealand, which will then go worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for the Geelong show go on sale on November 12 through Ticketmaster.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Williams, one of action sports&#8217; biggest stars, will be the face of the 2022 world tour and he is thrilled to be performing on home soil again.<\/p>\n<p>The BMX and scooter champion from the Sunshine Coast holds seven titles from both the Nitro World Games and X Games.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_42590\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-42590\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42590 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2021\/11\/B07K9830-MotorCross-helmet-600x380.jpg?_t=1636090512\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"380\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-42590\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Peter Marshall<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s crazy that after touring Australia and New Zealand every year since 2010, it will have been three years since we have gotten to do a show here,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Now we are ready to send it for our Aussie fans!
