{"id":46575,"date":"2022-04-30T04:00:14","date_gmt":"2022-04-29T18:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/?p=46575"},"modified":"2022-04-27T11:57:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T01:57:29","slug":"seltzer-meets-skincare-in-zesty-collab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/living\/seltzer-meets-skincare-in-zesty-collab\/","title":{"rendered":"Seltzer meets skincare in zesty collab"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two fabulous Torquay businesses have teamed up for a fruity collaboration which combines two successful homegrown brands \u2013 Coast Hard Seltzer and Tribe Skincare.<\/p>\n<p>The seltzer meets skincare collab is the brainchild of local businesswomen Jess Blackman of Coast Hard Seltzer and Kayla Houlihan of Tribe Skincare.<\/p>\n<p>The women are proudly showing off the power of their small-to-medium businesses on the Surf Coast by combining forces for a joint project they describe as &#8220;full of fizzy and fantastic surprises&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The TRIBE x COAST collaboration was revealed on Saturday (April 23) at a Surprise Product Launch Party held in Albert Park and hosted by Tribe ambassador Tully Smith.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-46581 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/CoastxTribe_1080x1080_v5-1024x1024.jpg?_t=1651024328\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/CoastxTribe_1080x1080_v5-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/CoastxTribe_1080x1080_v5-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/CoastxTribe_1080x1080_v5-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/CoastxTribe_1080x1080_v5-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/CoastxTribe_1080x1080_v5.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coast released its zesty new seltzer flavour, Citrus Spritz &#8211; a combination of natural orange and lemon, while Tribe unveiled its latest skincare product &#8211; a Brightening Vitamin C Serum worn under moisturiser for &#8220;bright, bouncy and glowing skin&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tribe Skincare was born from founder Kayla&#8217;s drive to offer gentle skincare for sensitive skin that achieves salon-quality results at home.<\/p>\n<p>Starting out in 2017, the Torquay-based company is now a nationally recognised and loved brand with an online Instagram community of more than 66,000 and 186,000 on TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-46583 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/WEjY9RoQ-1024x1024.jpeg?_t=1651024348\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/WEjY9RoQ-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/WEjY9RoQ-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/WEjY9RoQ-768x768.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/WEjY9RoQ-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2022\/04\/WEjY9RoQ.jpeg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coast Hard Seltzer was brought to life by Jess in the September of 2020 with flavours including watermelon, cucumber and mint, blood orange and lime, as well as the 500ml Tropical Party HARD Seltzer.<\/p>\n<p>The latest release will be Coast&#8217;s third collaboration seltzer flavour as it continues to grow and promote the importance of drinking local and independent.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Coast Hard Seltzer and Tribe Skincare can&#8217;t wait to share this collaboration with their local and nationwide community,&#8221; Jess said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are so excited to have the opportunity to collaborate with another Surf Coast business.
