THE community has been invited to take a look inside Metricon\u2019s Studio M this Saturday, July 30 as the purpose-built design space holds a free open house event.<\/p>\n

The family friendly event will provide a great opportunity to check out the new home of Metricon in Geelong with generous door prizes including a RGX Robotic Vacuum, by Teka worth $1,499, a special guest appearance from Pearl the \u201cDulux Dog\u201d, a free cooking demonstration in the Residentia kitchen, and much more.<\/p>\n

Members of the public will be able to experience a host of activities at the open house event, including exclusive mood boarding workshops from Metricon\u2019s top design experts, and a children\u2019s colouring competition.<\/p>\n

A coffee van making free coffee for all attendees will also be onsite.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are thrilled to be able to open our doors to the public to showcase what we have on offer at our brand-new state-of-the-art design studio,\u201d Metricon regional west manager Simon Taylor said.<\/p>\n

\u201cVisitors will be welcomed with an array of fun activities, expert advice, and the opportunity to experience firsthand the process of design selection.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have an immersive and memorable morning planned \u2013 giving members of the Geelong community a taste of what they can expect should they wish to personalise their dream home with us and see what really is possible.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are so many choices when building your new Metricon home. We felt it was important to not only display product, but to also build small-scale installations and now members of the public will get to feel, see and touch products in a way that brings them to life.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s nowhere else in Geelong where you\u2019ll find this variety of product under one roof.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are incredibly grateful to our wonderful suppliers who we have partnered with us for this event and look forward to being able to showcase our new Studio M via such a broad range of activities, with something for design enthusiasts through to pre-schoolers.\u201d<\/p>\n

The open house will be held at Studio M, 1\/158 Fyans Street, South Geelong on Saturday, July 30 from 10am-1pm.<\/p>\n
