Founder, facilitator and principle teacher, Kirsteen wants to provide a space where the community can come to relax and unwind.<\/p>\n
“I want to create a space where anyone can come to feel held and supported.,” Kirsteen said.<\/p>\n
“A space to come and relax and connect back to your true self and find the natural state of peace that exists within our body, mind and soul.”<\/p>\n
Kirsteen is a Level Two registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, an integral sound healing practitioner and is registered with Natural Therapy Pages, The International Sound Therapy Association and International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine,<\/p>\n
Samana Yoga offers more than 20 classes a week to choose from, flexible membership options and a warm and inviting space.<\/p>\n
Classes on offer are Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, QiGong, Sculpt, Mat an Reformer Pilates, Reiki and One on One sound healing.<\/p>\n
The team run regular workshops including Crystal Bowl workshops, Myofascial Release, Full Moon Sound Baths and much more.<\/p>\n
