In two convenient locations, Zero Point Yoga delivers Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Barre classes to the Bellarine.<\/p>\n

Located in both Ocean Grove and Drysdale, there are more than 60 classes per week to choose from and a vibrant community to join.<\/p>\n

With accessible classes to all, Zero Point Yoga has a team of dedicated teachers, with sessions ranging from strength-based flow, to the deep stretches of floor based Yin, to sound meditations, pilates and the endorphin packed Barre class.<\/p>\n

During the pandemic Zero Point offered free virtual classes and were joined from people all over the world.<\/p>\n

“It was a beautiful surprise to have people tuning in from the USA, South Africa, the UK and Malaysia. Even though we were all locked down, we felt united in a whole new way,” Bec said.<\/p>\n

To compliment the classes, Zero Point also offers an interesting selection of regular events – ice baths, breathwork, live Cello’s and learn to play a singing bowl, all frequent the schedule.<\/p>\n

It’s a hub of activity with a range of options from dipping your toe in, to teacher training programs.<\/p>\n

You can purchase an introductory pass for $35 which gets you two weeks of unlimited sessions across both studios.<\/p>\n
