<\/p>\nA FYANSFORD display home has won acclaim as a standout in its field, with Metricon’s design being awarded the best in western Victoria.<\/p>\n
The Artisan 55 home, part of the builder’s Designer range, won the best display home over $750,000 category at the Housing Industry Association Western Victoria Regional Housing Awards at Torquay’s RACV resort earlier this month.<\/p>\n
The Gen Fyansford display features a striking Pacific fa\u00e7ade in a design Metricon says takes “contemporary living to a new level”.<\/p>\n

The two-storey home has three living spaces, five bedrooms all with ensuites and an expansive floorplan that includes a walk-in pantry, home theatre, wine room, and powder and leisure rooms.<\/p>\n
Artisan 55 also has two statement voids at the home’s entry and kitchen, including feature timber ceilings with modern pedants to maximise natural light and a sense of grand space.<\/p>\n
Outside, there’s also an alfresco dining area that can be opened to link with the dining room and kitchen inside to create a large entertaining space.<\/p>\n
Metricon said its team, trade and suppliers had taken great pride in the win.<\/p>\n
The builder’s regional west manager Simon Taylor said the project had been a “wonderful privilege to showcase”.<\/p>\n
