Four counts on the inhalation through your nose, hold for four, four counts on the exhalation through the mouth, and then again hold for four, and repeat.<\/li>\n<li>This breathing technique stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which entices our body&#8217;s relaxation response.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Set boundaries with your phone<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the easiest ways to stay resilient, besides turning your phone off, is to block out your online time on the calendar and stick to it.<\/li>\n<li>Doing this simple step protects your mental health and is also empowering.<\/li>\n<li>You are 100 per cent in control, choosing how much time you spend online, protecting your mental health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>A moment for gratitude<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>When you wake up, recite three things you are grateful for.
