You can sit back, relax and enjoy the waterfront views overlooking Steampacket Gardens and the bay.<\/p>\n<p>John Dickson, general manager of Novotel Geelong explains: &#8220;I think with our beautiful location right on the waterfront of Geelong, along with our partnership with premium brand Grey Goose vodka, our new bar is set to become the place to be.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_63990\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-63990\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-63990\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2023\/01\/BalconyBar-Alfresco__92731.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-63990\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sit back, relax and enjoy the waterfront views overlooking Steampacket Gardens and the bay.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Summer Pop-Up is open Fridays from 4pm-late, and on Saturdays and Sundays from noon-late.<\/p>\n<p>The Waterfront Restaurant &amp; Bar also has recently refreshed its alfresco area and launched a new summer menu on January 11.<\/p>\n<p>You certainly won&#8217;t go hungry with all day dining, including their famous buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
