Firstly, rates must be fair and equitable… Our rating system has failed in recent terms, and I believe we need a fairer solution that benefits everyone.

Secondly, infrastructure is a critical area where we need significant improvements, especially in roads. Well-maintained roads for safety and connectivity. Focusing on infrastructure that serves both urban and rural areas ensures the sustainable growth of our Shire.

Lastly, I strongly believe in independent representation on council. It is vital to have councillors who are not afraid to question decisions, challenge officers when necessary, and avoid block voting…
