State-of-the-art community space set to open in early 2024

INGENIA Lifestyle Parkside Lucas is a welcoming and relaxed over-fifty-fives community in the Ballarat region.

Ingenia Lifestyle Victorian development director James Wheelock said that as the community grows, the new state-of-the-art community clubhouse and resort-style facilities will become the vibrant heart of the community.

Once complete, the clubhouse and facilities will feature a plethora of gathering and activity spaces, including an indoor pool and gym, bowling green and croquet, billiards room, lounge areas with fireplaces, an art studio and library, and a spacious kitchen with shared dining and events area.

“We’re full steam ahead,” Mr Wheelock said. “Construction is coming along nicely, and we’re looking forward to hitting more development milestones along the way.”

Construction of this exciting addition is well underway, with the main building structure now up, including structural steel frame, in-ground services, concrete slabs and swimming pool.

As the roof goes on and the facade is completed in the next build phase, residents will get a taste of the final product, before it opens in early 2024.
