BALLARAT Health Services recently held a welcome to country for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander babies born at the Base Hospital throughout 2018. The event included a smoking ceremony for 83 new arrivals, including Elijah Fedel who was accompanied by mum Tonya and dad Ashley.
