Celebrate Mount Pleasant Primary School’s 150 years

MOUNT Pleasant Primary School, founded in 1874, is celebrating it’s 150th anniversary in October.

Over the last 150 years, Mount Pleasant Primary School has been dedicated to providing exceptional education and fostering a nurturing environment for generations of students.

This anniversary is not only a testament to our rich history but also to the unwavering support and commitment of our teachers, staff, students, parents, and the entire community.

To mark this momentous occasion, we are holding a day of celebration on

Saturday 19th October, 10am – 2pm, where we plan to showcase the school’s remarkable history through artifacts, photographs, stories from the past and open classrooms with displays.

We invite all current families, alumni, and community members to join us in the festivities and share in the joy of reflecting on our past while looking ahead to our future.
