Challenge Cup a hit ahead of Christmas

BANNOCKBURN and District Chamber of Commerce held its annual Christmas function, the Bowls Challenge Cup, last week.

Hosted by the Bannockburn Bowls Club, the event saw many chamber members and friends out on the green for a roll and in the clubrooms for a networking drink on Thursday 21 November.

Some member businesses donated the comp’s prizes and attendees enjoyed Fed by Jed catering.

The chamber is currently working to change its name to the Golden Plains Chamber of Commerce to better reflect its reach in the community.
