CHW seeks customer feedback
CENTRAL Highlands Water’s performance will be critiqued this month when a sample of their consumers are surveyed via telephone.
CHW’s Managing Director, Paul O’Donohue is encouraging his customers to complete the call, telling the service provider what’s important to them regarding their water supply and sewage management.
“The survey plays a role in helping us measure how well we are performing with our services and how best to incorporate the voice of our customer in planning for the future,” he said.
Conducted by Insync and TKW Research, the survey will reach 400 random residents in the region and take approximately ten minutes to complete.
Customer satisfaction is assessed annually in this way. Multiple water corporations across Victoria have joined forces this year to survey their regions.
