CSIRO forum on climate change forecasts

PRACTICAL support for communities to prepare for the challenges of climate change is the theme of the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning’s initiative, A Climate Journey.

The three-year program’s next forum, presented by the CSIRO, will give insight into how projections are made, how good they’ve been over time and what the latest predictions are at national, state and regional levels. CSIRO experts will talk about the cutting-edge science being used to build a picture of what to expect in the future.

The forum is at Mercure Ballarat Hotel and Convention Centre, 613 Main Road, Golden Point on Thursday, 25 July at 6.30pm.
