Dancing for a cause

DARYL Rowe, Invermay CFA Captain and Sarah Masters from Ballarat Health Services Head of Fundraising were on hand at a recent Dancing Friends Inc event to receive donations raised by the group.

Prostate and Breast Cancer Research received $700 and the Invermay Fire Brigade got $300.

The donations came principally from the proceeds of Dancing Friends inaugural dance weekend held in March this year. Orgniseres also thanked all those who assisted with putting together and running the event. Photo: SUPPLIED
