SCHOLARSHIPS totalling $7 million are now available for students enrolling at Federation University Australia next year.
Up to 50 types of scholarships are on offer covering a wide range of fields.
“The University is proud that our scholarships, bursaries and grants support people from all walks of life,” Professor Helen Bartlett, Vice-Chancellor and President, said.
“Our support isn’t limited to a chosen few students. Our support extends to the disadvantaged, those in remote locations, and also to Indigenous students.
“We also provide a High Achievers Scholarship up to $18,000 for VCE students who have performed exceptionally well.
“Our strong industry ties and assistance from government has allowed us to provide this extensive range of scholarships, bursaries and grants.”
More than 20 Foundation Scholarships also are available for disadvantaged and worthy students.
A series of KickStart grants will be distributed to eligible students for uniforms, computers, nursing kits and other critical one-off items.
“Our new range of scholarships are the most extensive and widespread we have offered,” Jerry van Delft, Director of Student Connect, said.
“All of our campuses have some form of scholarships available.
“We encourage students hoping to pursue tertiary education in 2019 to go to our website and explore the many opportunities available to you.”
