Lights shine for road trauma

BUILDINGS including the Ballarat East Fire Station and the Ballarat Town Hall have been lit up in yellow for Shine a Light on Road Safety week.

Coordinated by Road Trauma Support Services, the event includes a request for motorists to turn on their headlights when driving on Friday, 10 May to show their commitment to road safety.

People are also encouraged to share their road safety stories on social media using #shinealightonroadsafety.
