Paws for reward as PETstock scores top retail award

AT the 2018 Australian Retail Awards, held in Melbourne recently, Ballarat’s PETstock took out the title of 2018 eftpos National Retailer of the Year.

Hosted by the Australian Retailers Association the award recognised family owned and operated PETstock for progressive leadership in online and digital platforms, supporting sustainability and inspiring its peers.

Founded in 2002 PETstock, under the helm of brothers David and Shane Young, has grown to over 150 stores employing 2000 staff in Australia and New Zealand.

CEO Shane Young said, “We are thrilled and humbled to be honoured with this award and are proud of our incredible team, suppliers and customers who have all played a part in our success.”

“The customer experience provided by our team is key to attracting and keeping our loyal shoppers either at our bricks and mortar stores or as click and buy online purchasers,” said managing director David Young.
