THE full line up for Summer Sundays has been released and it features some big names on the set list.

None other than Tim Rodgers, front man for Australian rock act You Am I, will take the stage for one of the three free concert series in January at the Botanic Gardens.

Ballarat act GANGZ rocked the stage during their 2019 Summer Sundays set.

Also on the line-up is pop-rock act and 2013 Triple J Unearthed winner Ali Barter, indie-dance-fusion six piece Sunnyside, and Melbourne sister act Charm of Finches.

They’ll be joined by local bands like Meraki Minds, who are fresh of their Spilt Milk performance.

City of Ballarat mayor Ben Taylor said Summer Sundays brought together Ballarat acts with performers from across the county.

“The event provides an opportunity for our local artists to meet and collaborate with other metro/regional artists locally in our stunning Botanical Gardens,” he said.

Along with music, concert series brings together some of the region’s best food offerings and wine and drink producers, like Blue Pyrenees Estate Winery and Kilderkin Distillery.

The full Summer Sunday’s line-up is:

Sunday, 5 January – Maylene Slater Burns, Charm of Finches, Meraki Minds, Ali Barter.

Sunday, 12 January – Ari Lane, Jayden Lillyst, Purr Usual, That Gold Street Sound.

Sunday, 19 January – Anna Bilbrough, Kee’ahn, Tim Rogers, Sunnyside.
