TASTY TUNES, ARTS AND EATS SERVED UP

A SERIES of Ballarat’s Backyard Tasters community evenings will return next month at Camp Street’s Alfred Deakin Place, showcasing groovy local live music, quality local produce and art. The first of two events will be on Friday, 1 March from 5.30pm. Recently City of Ballarat mayor Cr Samantha McIntosh met members of the seven-piece Trubači and Balkan folk-pop band Wunderhorns, including Michael Evans-Barker, Holly de Jong, Hugh McKelvey and Angela Sorrell, who’ll be playing at the first event.
