APCO Alfredton was recently named Retailer of the Year at the service station company’s annual gala event.
The award is given to the retailer who achieved the highest result in the APCO Retail Excellence program.
The annual gala is attended by APCO retailers and teams from all over Australia, celebrating achievements and acknowledging those who deliver outstanding service.
The Alfredton team received the award for consistently providing quality fuel, fresh food and convenience to their customers under the leadership of retailers Olivia Bates and Ivor Riesewyk.
“We are thrilled to accept this award on behalf of our fantastic team,” Ms Bates said.
“We employ over 50 staff members at APCO Alfredton.
“They help us maintain our high standards of customer service, great food and delicious coffee.”
APCO director Robert Anderson praised the Alfredton team for being long-term consistent performers who are well respected among their peers and trade partners.
“Olivia and Ivor have created a truly remarkable team and shopping experience,” he said.
“Their commitment to excellence reflects the values we hold at APCO, and this award is a testament to their hard work and passion for serving the local community.”
There are currently 19 APCO Service Stations operating in Victoria, with two more in the planning stages. APCO Alfredton is at 47-99 Learmonth Street, Alfredton and is open 24/7.
