Woady student’s ready to help

PUPILS from all Woady Yaloak Primary School campuses were seeing red last Friday.

The dress up effort is part of the school’s support for the district’s CFA brigades and sees students don the crimson colour and make a donation on the last day of summer.

The Smythesdale campus raised $100 and the event included a visit from the town’s brigade Captain and Lieutenant who also brought the fire truck to the school. Student captains Jonty and Maia passed on the donation and thanked the firefighters for keeping the community safe. Photos: SUPPLIED
