March 6, 2019 BY

ANNA DAWKINS, KIRSTEN AISBETT, ELISSA ANSTIS, JACKIE KATZ, ARIAN LANE, KATIE HEWITT, REBECCA STEPNELL AND BROOKE REYNOLDS ARE SOME OF hockingstuart BALLARAT’S LEADING WOMEN.

High achieving women across all departments with a focus on great client experience and ongoing business growth

HOCKINGSTUART Ballarat fosters a culture of strong, industry leading women within the agency.

That positive female presence runs across the business including the sales team, the property management department, client reception, administration and operations management.

The sales team members Brooke Reynolds, Rebecca Stepnell and Katie Hewitt continue to grow their industry knowledge through regular focused training sessions conducted by REIV and hockingstuart Corporate.

They share a collective career goal to exceed client expectations and seek to providing a superior customer service experience.

The property management team which was just listed in the top 10 statewide by RateMyAgent includes Senior Property Manager and Licensed Estate Agent Kirsten Aisbett, along with property managers Jackie Katz, Arian Lane and Elissa Anstis.

That department has also made customer service a huge focus.

With an emphasis on growing the property management service from the ground up and providing clients with a personal approach to their needs, great outcomes follow.

The recent external and internal awards (the department has been highly placed within hockingstuart franchise assessment process for the last two years) is based on client satisfaction and client reviews.

Property management staff look after smaller portfolios allowing them to better manage client contact and ensuring that everything runs smoothly for both tenants and landlords, who are treated as equals.

It also means that one of this year’s International Women’s Day, #balanceforbetter, is achievable and sustainable.

The property management group has also recently branched out into the commercial property leasing space under the guidance of Kirsten.

That means hockingstuart can offer clients further services and Kirsten has undertaken ongoing professional development training through the REIV in order to do this.

Outside of hockingstuart Ballarat’s core business of selling and leasing homes and commercial and industrial sites, great effort is made by administration and marketing team members continue to develop new and exciting digital platforms that ease the daily burdens of property management and sales staff.

Marketing Co-ordinator Anna Dawkins, Operations Manager Katrina Nichols and Receptionist Ebony Olver lead this charge.

Hockingstuart Ballarat have focused a lot on giving back to the community in the past year.

Activity in the philanthropy space include putting together first night care packs and support of many community fundraising efforts.
