Born in Montreal Canada, Charles has lived and worked in both Canada and the USA for many years prior to following his dream wife to Australia in 2003.

Charles commenced his real estate career in residential sales until joining the team at Jens Gaunt Commercial in 2006 with its evolution becoming Colliers International (Ballarat & Geelong) in 2009.

Charles currently works as a Senior Executive in Sales and Leasing in the Ballarat region with the single focus of adding value to his clients commercial property investments.

He believes offering strategic advice and guidance in order to make his client’s money in their commercial property for their immediate and long term planning is the true win-win scenario that keeps his referral business growing.

Having spent the past 16 years selling and leasing commercial properties both small and large, from Schools, factories, hotels, offices, shops and even churches, this diversity of knowledge and experience is always on offer to his clients benefit.

Outside of real estate, Charles has served on various Not For Profit Boards, including for many years in both Rotary and Special Olympics. Both of these organizations reflect his commitment in giving back to his community.
