Agent Profile: DAVID WRIGHT

David and his extended family were born and bred in Ballarat.

He commenced his real estate career in 1988 as a property manager then moved into the commercial sector as a sales and leasing agent.

In 2005 David was a founding Director of Ballarat’s only specialist commercial agency.

He is the Principal Licensee within the company and his role encompasses the day to day operation of the Ballarat office as well as operating across all commercial product lines.

Many will know David for his long association with Commerce Ballarat having been a board member, Chairman of the board and a Business Awards judge.

He is a past-president and past-council member of Black Hill Primary School having served for seven years and he maintains a strong involvement with Ballarat Grammar School as a successful senior rowing coach over many years.

David is a highly qualified agent having been involved in the selling and leasing of commercial property across all categories including retail, office, industrial, developments and general agency advice throughout the Ballarat region. He has an outstanding reputation in the commercial market for honesty, integrity, sound commercial advice and excellent negotiation skills.
