Agent Profile: PATRICK CURRAN

Traveling across the countryside has been Paddy’s modus operandi to learn an enormous amount about property and its various facets.

His journey has lead him to be the newest member of the Colliers International commercial team which works across Western Victoria. Paddy joins some seasoned Ballarat locals in David Wright and Andrew Lewis as well as team members from further afield such as Canada’s Charles Kennedy and Travis Hurst, our a ‘mountain man’ from the Dandenong’s.

For 13 years Paddy honed his skills as a Valuer becoming a director of Herron Todd White. He has worked in Melbourne, Ballarat, Colac and the Macedon Ranges. Patrick brings a strong analytical ability and a breath of knowledge of local and far away markets to the largest commercial agency outside of metropolitan Melbourne. His skill will assists our clients in and around Ballarat further understand the core drivers of supply and demand in the commercial market and enable them to realise opportunities others may pass by.

Patrick is well qualified to join our team. He is a member of The Australian Property Institute, Commerce Ballarat, he’s an ex-president of the Ballarat Valuers Group and now the newest member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

Patrick’s family of four is excitedly expecting their latest addition to his two daughters. He’s a huge sports fan, he follows Carlton quietly, he plays golf poorly and enjoys discussing the Australian Cricket team.
