Harcourts Ballarat win big at awards

THE team at Harcourts Ballarat have come away from recent company awards with some top industry honours.

The whole firm has been rewarded for their customer centred focus, winning in the Client Experience Harcourts Office in Victoria category, and being awarded Platinum Sales status, while director Tim Menz took third overall for Client Experience – Individual.

Mr Menz said the recognition was a result of an office wide effort.

“We are so proud of all of our staff at Harcourts Ballarat. Each award to the individual staff members and the office as a whole is testament to the hard work each member of our team puts in day in, day out,” he said.

“We couldn’t be happier to be announced number 1 Harcourts office in Victoria for Client Experience for the second time in 12 months.

“We have worked really hard as a team in this area over the last 18 months and it is great to see this work now reaching our clients.”

The awards didn’t stop there, with Mr Menz and fellow director Jason Gigliotti also receiving Silver Status, and real estate consultant Dean Parish making Bronze. Mr Parish also received his 10 Million dollar Pin.

Advertising and marketing manager, Tayla Quick, was announced as Administrator of the Quarter.

“Tayla’s award is so deserving,” Mr Menz said. “She works countless hours in and out of the office and is a huge asset to our team.”

Philanthropy and altruistic giving was also acknowledged with real estate consultant Christine Browning receiving the Harcourts Foundation Inspiration Award

“Christine’s efforts in raising money for White Ribbon Australia were incredible. She held a fundraising night at the Ballarat Harness Racing Club raising thousands of dollars to support the cause of stopping violence against women and children,” Mr Menz said.

“All in all the Harcourts Ballarat directors are so proud of the direction this company is going, we pride ourselves on ensuring our staff work in the best environment culturally and ethically possible, resulting in happier clients and a happier community.”
