Metricon celebrates a win at the Master Builders Regional Awards

Metricon has again come up trumps at the Master Builders Association of Victoria awards held recently.

THE company’s Lawson and Bohemian homes, on display in Ballarat and Torquay respectively, both had a win in their respective categories.

Held annually, the awards showcase the exceptional craftsmanship and standards of excellence in the residential and construction sectors of the building industry throughout Victoria.

In the Regional South West category, the Lawson 22Mk2 took out ‘Best Volume Display Home under $250,000’ and the Bohemian 29 took out ‘Best Volume Display Home $350,000 – $500,000.’

Metricon Homes’ Manager, Regional West, Simon Taylor, said at Metricon they have a proud 40-year history of creating homes for Australian families to love where they live.

“To receive this continued recognition for our workmanship, design and ongoing dedication to the highest standards on and off the worksite, is a credit to our Regional West team,” Mr Taylor said.

Speaking about the award-winning home designs Mr Taylor said that both the Bohemian and the Lawson have a smart single level floor plan, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple living spaces.
