Agents Will Munro and Sam Borner have become the newest faces of the Ray White Ballarat leadership team.

THE real estate duo were previously sales team members with the leading regional Victoria office and are bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to the table.

Both partners are thrilled to be able to step up, and in conjunction with directors Trevor Booth and Phillip Lee, have already outlined a plan for the office that focuses on growth.

Mr Borner said they are excited about the future and want to continue expanding and filling the team with good people.

“We want to grow but not just for the sake of growth, we want to do it with people we enjoy working with,” he said.

“It’s really important to us that we enjoy what we do and who we do it with.”

Mr Munro echoed this sentiment saying the agency aims to increase its market share by focusing on sustained growth across all areas by capitalising on the depth of skill and knowledge already in the business.

“Our five-year plan is to grow the team and surround ourselves with good people in all aspects,” Mr Munro said.

“We have a strong commercial and rural presence and with top performers in our business we have the capacity to significantly grow market share in the Ballarat region.”

Started in 1989 by current directors Trevor Booth and Phillip Lee, the office came under the Ray White Group umbrella in 2011.

The Ballarat team specialises in rural, residential and commercial sales along with residential and commercial management.

Ray White Ballarat was also awarded the No 1 Top Regional Office and No 1 Top Exclusive Office in Settled Sales in the annual Ray White Group Victoria/Tasmania awards for 2018-19.

In the same awards, the top regional office was awarded the No 3 Office Clients Choice gong and Property Management Team of the Year.

The directors said they are looking forward to growing the business further with Mr Munro and Mr Borner’s assistance.

“It’s an exciting move for the business and a natural progression for them to take on a leadership role in the business,” Mr Lee said.

“They have both been with us for a long time and they have shown not only a commitment to servicing all our clients to a high level but have also been top performers within the Ray White Group.

“The business has grown since joining the Ray White Group to become a leading regional office in the Group in Victoria and has plans for further growth of the business.”

Mr Booth also added that they are really excited to have such energetic, young and motivated professionals continuing to grow and develop their business in Ballarat.

Ray White Victoria/Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens said it is always pleasing to see the next generation of business ownership come through the ranks.

“A huge congratulations to Phillip, Trevor, Will and Sam as they commence their new partnership and the next chapter of Ray White Ballarat,” he said.

“Trevor and Phillip have built a tremendous business of which we are very proud, as well as providing great leadership and mentorship to Sam, Will and their whole team.

“As top agents in their market, we look forward to supporting Will and Sam as they embark on business ownership, grow their team and strive to provide the best possible outcomes for their customers.”
