REIV market snapshot – April 18, 2019

A clearance rate of 57 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 57 per cent last week and 66 per cent the same week last year.

There were 652 auctions reported to the REIV, with 373 selling and 279 being passed in, 138 of those on a vendor bid.

Reservoir had the greatest number of listings with 56 homes going to auction during March 2019.

Mount Waverley was the top performer with 32 homes sold and Balaclava recorded 100 per cent clearance rate from 10 auctions.
