REIV market snapshot – August 1, 2019

A clearance rate of 73 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 72 per cent last week and 62 per cent this same week last year.

There were 392 auctions reported to the REIV, with 286 selling and 106 being passed in, 48 of those on a vendor bid.

The year-to-date clearance rate for 2019 has improved to 61 per cent with Caulfield North, Armadale, and Caulfield South the top three performers.
