REIV market snapshot – December 6, 2018

A clearance rate of 49 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 47 per cent last week and 67 per cent the same week last year.

There were 921 auctions reported to the REIV, with 450 selling and 471 being passed in, 206 of those on a vendor bid.

This year Greenvale has surpassed its previous auction records on both volume (193) and sales (133) and has achieved a clearance rate of 68.9 per cent.
