REIV market snapshot – July 18, 2019

A clearance rate of 76 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 62 per cent this same week last year.

There were 250 auctions reported to the REIV, with 189 selling and 61 being passed in, 28 of those on a vendor bid.

The Basin was the top performing suburb in the 2018-2019 financial year, notching up a 100 per cent clearance rate from 13 auctions.

Ripponlea came in second place with 23 out of 24 listings sold.
