REIV market snapshot – June 20, 2019

A clearance rate of 69 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 60 per cent this same week last year.

There were 521 auctions reported to the REIV, with 358 selling and 163 being passed in, 78 of those on a vendor bid.

Autumn’s top three clearance rate suburbs were all in the inner ring – South Yarra with a clearance rate of 76.7 per cent,  Fitzroy with a 74.2 per cent clearance rate and Toorak which recorded 73 per cent.
