REIV market snapshot – March 28, 2019

A clearance rate of 58 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 67 per cent the same week last year.

There were 550 auctions reported to the REIV, with 321 selling and 229 being passed in, 129 of those on a vendor bid.

Melbourne’s Middle ring has been home to more than 800 sales under the hammer so far in 2019, led by Cheltenham (37) and Glen Waverley (29) – both in the south east.
