REIV market snapshot – NOVEMBER 10, 2018

A clearance rate of 51 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 51 per cent last week and 72 per cent the same week last year.

There were 787 auctions reported to the REIV, with 402 selling and 385 being passed in, 167 of those on a vendor bid.

More than 4,000 auctions have been held across Victoria in October 2018, led by Reservoir with 82 auctions.
