A clearance rate of 47 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 50 per cent last week and 70 per cent the same week last year.

There were 963 auctions reported to the REIV, with 457 selling and 506 being passed in, 248 of those on a vendor bid.

Doreen has hosted a record 100 auction listings this year with 75 of them selling under the hammer while Ripponlea, just

7km south east of CBD, is bucking the auction market trend with an 84 per cent clearance rate from 25 listings.
