Stone to be strong: New real estate firm brings unique digital marketing opportunity and client focus to Ballarat.
STONE real estate has opened its doors in the region, and it’s being headed by two local directors with their eyes on the now, and the future.
Jarrod Cloke and Samantha Prince have brought their nearly 20 years’ experience in the Ballarat and district real estate market and teamed up with Stone, a New South Wales based firm, to open the agency’s third Victorian office.
“We joined with Stone to grow our careers,” Mrs Prince said. “We spoke briefly about setting something up on our own, then we explored it, and Stone became an obvious choice.”
“They had the same vision we had,” added Mr Cloke. “We looked at a couple of different brands that we thought would suit what we were after, so we engaged with Stone, and they engaged back and it’s gone from there.”
Joining with Stone brings more than just a growing real estate brand, Mr Cloke and Ms Prince said the firm gives them the backing of a modern, progressive partnership.
“We knew from that first meeting they were definitely something we wanted to explore,” Mrs Prince said. “They have been excellent when it comes to business setup. In terms of real estate, Jarrod and I know everything back-to-front, in terms of starting a business, we needed support, which they gave us from day one.
“They also provide so much training, not just to us as business owners but to staff down the track.”
One of Stone’s key points of difference is the uniform and progressive digital offering and online presence.
Every firm does floor plans and marketing shots when selling your property. Stone takes that to the next level with 2 and 3D layouts and tools that allow for interactivity.
Want to know if your couch or fridge will fit into your dream home? Stone’s online tools can show you if they will. Wonder if the kitchen will look better with a different coloured splashback? Stone’s tools can do that as well.
“I’m probably a little bit bias but I think Stone’s marketing is phenomenal,” Mr Cloke said. “The whole point is we want you to fall in love with the property before you even visit it.”
When it comes to traditional marketing of your property, Stone’s got that covered too.
Display boards come standard and the photos of your home, commercial or industrial asset are treated with brand continuity and respect.
That’s regardless of whether you’re selling a $200,000 fixer-upper in Magpie or a $2 million waterfront home in Wendouree.
