Ballarat downed but hold first

PREMIER
BUNINYONG defeated the ladder leaders Ballarat, 79-58. Victoria downed Mt Xavier, 73-68, and BMS secured the win against Sebastopol, 96-79. The ladder is unchanged. Learmonth were victors over Central Wendouree, 82-62, and Webbcona scored a good win away at Creswick, 82-50.

Ladder leaders Victoria defeated Ballarat North, 97-77. BMS were victors over Ballan, 94-85, and despite Invermay’s loss to Daylesford, 111-80, the top three positions have not changed. Clunes defeated City Oval, 95-87 and in a close tussle Buninyong own at Ballarat, 86-83.

Bungaree hold onto top spot defeating Webbcona, 106-70. Creswick were too strong for Learmonth, 118-78, and hold second. Sebastopol’s win against Avenue, 101-84, pushes them into third position. Smeaton defeated Linton, 96-79, and Midlands beat Central Wendouree, 100-85.

BMS defeated Sebastopol, 94-81, and retain first. Victoria defeated City Oval, 103-89, pushing the latter down two spots. Daylesford had a good win against Webbcona, 113-85, and move up three positions into third. Mt Xavier rise one spot after defeating Buninyong, 104-86. Central Wendouree were given a walkover by Avenue.

Victoria were way too strong for Ballarat East, 114-52, and hold onto top spot. Midlands were given a walkover by Beaufort and move into second. Waubra defeated City Oval, 97-83, yet move down into third. In a close battle Creswick defeated Smeaton, 102-98, while Learmonth beat Sebastopol 124-84.

BMS stay on top of the ladder after defeating Invermay, 116-73. Central Wendouree keep second as victors over Webbcona, 107-88. Victoria downed Bungaree, 109-98. Clunes had a nice win against Sebastopol, 115-66, and City Oval snuck home by one-shot at Ballarat North, 98-97.
