Ballarat takes tight win – BDBD Saturday Pennant

BALLARAT scrapped home by one-shot against Central Wendouree, 75-74, and hold onto first. BMS defeated Victoria, 80-62, and jump up two places into third, while Victoria maintain second position. Mt Xavier had a win against Webbcona, 82-55, and Learmonth defeated Creswick, 81-69. Sebastopol and Buninyong was close game, with Buninyong victors by two shots, 77-75.

City Oval move up a spot after downing Webbcona, 133-70. Mt Xavier defeated Central Wendouree, 110-88, and Daylesford won over Avenue, 91-73.

Smeaton’s loss to Waubra, 108-71, drops them from first to fourth. Victoria jump to the front on the back of a win over Beaufort, 113-71. Midlands move up into third place by defeating Learmonth, 109-85. City Oval had a good win over Ballarat East, 118-64, and Creswick defeated Sebastopol 105-95.
