DELA Oscar’s has set itself up as the only undefeated team in Ballarat Netball’s premier competition The Athlete’s Foot Cup.

By knocking off Wendouree last night, it’s now beaten every other team.

Goal shooter Lavinia Fox led the way for Dela Oscar’s with a near-flawless display.

She’s just been named in the Victorian Netball 17 and under squad and she demonstrated why the state selectors hold her in such esteem.

Dela led by nine goals at half time.

The defensive unit of Emma Henry, Marcelle Geljon and the athletic Beth Smith made it difficult for Wendouree to make inroads in the second half.

Dela Oscar’s extended its lead to 19 by the final whistle.

In the other game Eureka continued its revival, notching its second win from three outings.

The shooting combination of Maddi Selmon and Lauren Jew was again at its best, taking advantage of some solid work in the mid court.

Eureka led by just two at three quarter time, but it was not about to let defending champion Brown Hill back into the contest.

Nikki Allen was superb in defence as Eureka extended its lead to win the game by 9 and push into second spot on the ladder.
