WOADY Yaloak Football Netball Club is looking for new football players for the coming season.

The club is juniors only, and is looking for under-8s, 10s and 12s players to play on Sunday mornings in the Ballarat Football Netball League.

“We welcome any young boys and girls that want to come and join,” president Adam Liversage said.

“We’re looking at training on Tuesdays and Wednesday nights.

“Anyone who can’t get a game at the more established football or netball clubs in the BFNL, reach out to our club and consider coming out to join us.”

Mr Liversage said the club is a friendly and family-orientated environment.

“We’re a bit unique because it’s a new club and we’re working hard to establish ourselves,” he said.

“We see ourselves as more of a community club that tries to connect the community together and it has that great country feel about it.

“It’s about parents and friends coming together as well and having a bit of fun over the football season.”
