Women’s Winter Cup
A VERY enjoyable day in fine chilly conditions at Ballarat Golf Club was had by 30 teams (90 women) participating in the 3BBB Winter Cup. The event has been held for many years and is organised as a fun day for wintery conditions. 18 different clubs were represented – Ballarat, Barwon Heads, Buninyong, Camperdown, Gisborne, Grampians, Horsham, Kew, Kyneton, Lonsdale, Midlands, Mt Xavier, Queenscliff, 13th Beach, Terang, Torquay, Warrnambool and Yarra Bend. Raffle raised $500 which was donated to Fishes & Loaves.

The team of Suzanne Velk, Marg Ivory and Robyn Tucker from Gisborne GC won this year’s Winter Cup with 51 points
