LETHBRIDGE Skate Park is to be redeveloped by Golden Plains Shire and community members can share their priorities and aspirations for the area.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to ensure the park meets community needs into the future.<\/p>\n

Proposed upgrades will include improvements such as upgraded skate park facilities, a multi-use area, seating, shade and shelters, a drinking fountain, improved path networks and landscaping.<\/p>\n

Golden Plains Shire mayor Cr Sarah Hayden encouraged residents to share their vision for the future.<\/p>\n

“Council is committed to recreation opportunities for our community in Lethbridge, and this skate park upgrade is a key part of that commitment,” she said.<\/p>\n

“We need your feedback to ensure the revitalised facility serves the community for years to come.<\/p>\n

“The upgraded skate park will make an excellent addition to the new play space, providing an impressive, dynamic and inclusive recreation facility that will be a valuable addition to Lethbridge and surrounding towns.”<\/p>\n
